NAD+ is offered as one part of a broader wellness routine and does not replace care from your own healthcare provider. Individual experiences vary, no particular outcome is promised, and your plan is built around you.

Every NAD+ service is subject to consultation, medical eligibility and provider approval. Your consultation is complimentary. For an NAD+ IV, your consultation comes first, and our nurse practitioner confirms your tier before your infusion is scheduled. NAD+ is excluded from Founding membership inclusions and from Founding additional-IV discounts.
NAD+ Membership Terms: 3-month minimum commitment; auto-renews every 30 days; non-transferable; treatments must be used within the membership month; unused treatments do not roll over; 24-hour cancellation/
NAD+ therapy follows ELIXIA’s standard service deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and other booking conditions, which are the same for every ELIXIA service. Confirm these details with ELIXIA before reserving. Booking and payment are handled through Jane.

Is a consultation required for NAD+?
Yes. Every NAD+ service is subject to consultation, medical eligibility and provider approval. Your consultation is complimentary. Our nurse practitioner reviews your goals, health history and medications, then confirms whether NAD+ is appropriate for you and which format and tier fit. If NAD+ is not the right fit, your nurse practitioner will not proceed and can talk you through other ELIXIA options instead.
How long is an NAD+ IV visit?
Please allow approximately 60 minutes for a Starter 250mg appointment, 120 minutes for a 500mg appointment and 300 minutes (5 hours) for a Premium 1,000mg appointment. Your provider confirms timing for your tier at consultation. On regular clinic days, the latest start times are 5:00 PM for Starter, 4:00 PM for 500mg, and 1:00 PM for Premium, so every visit finishes by closing at 6:00 PM.
What might I feel during an NAD+ infusion?
Experiences vary from client to client, so ask your provider to describe what you may notice. Bring any questions to your consultation, before your first infusion. If anything feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable at any point, tell the ELIXIA team right away so they can respond during your visit. If you feel unwell after a visit, contact ELIXIA; in an emergency, call 911.
Should I choose an NAD+ IV or a shot?
Your provider helps you decide. NAD+ IV tiers are infusions of 250mg, 500mg or 1,000mg, priced from $300; your consultation comes first, and our nurse practitioner confirms your tier before your infusion is scheduled. NAD+ shots are 100mg or 50mg injections, priced from $45, and are booked through Jane. Both formats are subject to consultation and assessment, and the right choice depends on your goals and health history.
Which NAD+ IV tier should I start with?
Your provider recommends a tier at consultation. Starter, at 250mg, is ELIXIA’s introductory NAD+ IV. The 500mg tier is the session included in every NAD+ membership. Premium, at 1,000mg, is ELIXIA’s highest-dose published NAD+ IV, offered following consultation and confirmation of clinical appropriateness.
How often do clients return for NAD+?
Frequency is individual and is decided with your provider, based on your goals, health history and previous visits. NAD+ memberships are purchase options for clients who choose a regular monthly routine. A plan’s monthly inclusion is not a recommended clinical schedule, and your provider may advise a different frequency or no further visits.
How do NAD+ memberships work?
Each plan includes 500mg NAD+ IV sessions every month: one with NAD+ Essential at $550 a month, two with NAD+ Elevate at $1,050 a month or four with NAD+ Optimize at $2,000 a month. Plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, auto-renew every 30 days and are non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the membership month and do not roll over. How should I plan my visit?
ELIXIA is at 421 N Rodeo Drive, Suite A-4A, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM. Appointments are required Thursdays and Sundays. Please book before visiting. Confirm your start time when you book, and follow any preparation guidance your provider gives you.
