An Individualized Approach
One ingredient, three routes.
Glutathione is an antioxidant the body produces on its own from three amino acids. ELIXIA offers it as an elective wellness service in three formats: a full IV drip, an IV push, or an intramuscular (IM) shot.
Your provider reviews your goals, relevant history, and clinical suitability, then discusses which route and listed amount may fit.
Whichever option you request when booking, every service remains subject to consultation, medical eligibility, and provider approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before your visit.
Is a consultation required?
Yes. Glutathione services are offered following consultation and provider assessment. Our nurse practitioner reviews your goals, relevant history, and clinical suitability, then discusses whether a drip, IV push, or IM shot fits and which listed amount to consider. Service goes ahead only with provider approval. Your consultation is complimentary. Your consultation can take place on the same day, just before treatment.
What is the difference between a drip, an IV push, and an IM shot?
Each is a different way to receive glutathione. A drip is a full IV infusion that can include other listed components, such as vitamin C. An IV push is given through an IV line as a push rather than as a full infusion. An IM shot is an injection into a muscle, with no IV line. Any shot can be added to a drip at its regular listed price. Your provider helps you choose at consultation.
How do the three IV push options differ?
They differ by amount and composition. Gluta IV Push 1,500mg ($85) and Gluta IV Push 2,000mg ($105) list different glutathione amounts. Gluta IV Push 1,200mg + Vitamin C ($120) pairs a smaller glutathione amount with vitamin C. A larger amount is a different option, not a promise of a stronger result. Your provider recommends which one, if any, suits you.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the route. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for a drip appointment, 15 minutes for an IV push appointment, and 15 minutes for an IM shot appointment. Your consultation and individualized care plan may affect timing. Please confirm timing with ELIXIA before you book.
How often can I book, and what do programs include?
Your nurse practitioner discusses how often to return. Published programs bundle a set number of listed services. For example, the Gluta Max 4-Week Package includes 4 weekly Gluta Max Drips + 4 vitamin shots of choice. Package terms, expiration, transferability, cancellation conditions, and clinical eligibility will be confirmed before purchase.
Is glutathione suitable for everyone?
Not always, which is why consultation comes first. Your provider reviews your history and discusses possible risks before you decide. Please share any medications, allergies, or past reactions to an IV or injection during your consultation.
How should I prepare, and what happens after?
Follow any preparation guidance your provider gives you, which may differ for a drip, IV push, or IM shot. You receive aftercare guidance before you leave. If you feel unwell after a visit, contact ELIXIA; in an emergency, call 911. For non-urgent questions after your appointment, call +1 619-999-3498.
