Use Jane to request a membership consultation. Discuss your plan and agreement with ELIXIA.
Enroll and complete screening
ELIXIA staff completes enrollment and payment arrangements in Jane. Clinical screening follows enrollment; services begin only with provider approval.
Use your benefits
Schedule provider-approved monthly sessions and additional services. Redeem included sessions within each membership month.
Booking a consultation does not enroll you or purchase a membership.
Membership Terms
Know your commitment.
Review these terms and your membership agreement before enrollment.
- Billing and cancellation
- Billed monthly with a six-month initial commitment, then monthly at the same rate until cancelled. Cancel after the initial term, except for the clinical ineligibility case below.
- Clinical ineligibility
- If screening finds you ineligible before any services are used, ELIXIA offers an appropriate alternative. If you decline, your membership payment is refunded.
- Monthly sessions
- Use sessions within their membership month; no rollover. Essential includes only one Gluta Glow and one Immune Booster session, in separate appointments.
- Member pricing
- Active Beauty and Luxe members receive Botox at $3/unit. Additional IV drips: Beauty 20% off; Luxe 30% off, excluding NAD+. Luxe also receives 50% off PDO Thread Lift while active. Discounts do not stack.
- Eligibility and screening
- Consultation and clinical screening are included. Review follows enrollment; treatments require provider approval. Beauty and Luxe included IV choices exclude NAD+ and specialty treatments.
- Existing memberships
- For new enrollments, replacing ELIXIA Essential, Signature and Glow Circle. Existing agreements and NAD+ memberships stay unchanged.

Before you join.
Does Essential include Botox at $3/unit?
No. That rate is available only with active Beauty and Luxe memberships.
Can I substitute Essential’s included drips?
Essential includes one Gluta Glow Drip and one Immune Booster Drip only, in separate appointments. If screening finds you ineligible before any services are used, ELIXIA offers an appropriate alternative; if declined, your membership payment is refunded.
Can I buy additional IV drips?
Yes. Beauty receives 20% off and Luxe 30% off additional IV drips beyond their monthly inclusions, excluding NAD+. Discounts do not stack.
Can I carry unused sessions into next month?
No. Included sessions expire at the end of each membership month and do not roll over.
How do I cancel my membership?
Complete the six-month initial commitment, then contact ELIXIA at +1 619-999-3498 or elixiahydrationandwellness@gmail.com. The clinical ineligibility exception applies when no services have been used and the offered alternative is declined.
Will my existing membership change?
No. Existing members keep their current agreements. Founding Membership applies to new enrollments replacing the three previous ELIXIA plans. NAD+ memberships remain separate.
